Surveillance security is provided for guest safety. The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, business center, and breakfast room. All hotel rooms offer high-speed wireless Internet access as well as a microwave oven, mini-fridge and coffee maker. The hotel is in very good condition with the PIP completed in 2021 and ongoing improvements. The new ownership PIP is expected to include mattress sets but overall be minimal. Vending and ice machines are available and there is a guest laundry on the property. Plenty of parking is available for buses, trucks, and other large vehicles. The hotel is situated on 2.80 acres of land with a premium location along the main corridor in Big Rapids, adjacent to Ferris State University. Living quarters on site.
