Founded in 1985 to provide brokerage service to the hospitality industry; the principles have over 50 years of experience in hotel brokerage throughout the mid-west and have sold over 500 hotels since inception. Founding broker Gary Smith began a commerical real estate career in 1975 and began specializing in the hospitality industry in 1978. Meril Dean began his career in hotel brokerage in 1990 and has served the hospitality industry with a results oriented work ethic to deliver excellent service to his clients.
