The Holiday Inn Express & Suites address is 7642 S. US 131, Cadillac, MI 49601. Cadillac is the county seat of Wexford County. The hotel is located just outside the city limits in Clam Lake Township. The hotel is located roughly one-mile from US-131 (Exit #177). The hotel’s segmentation is 60% corporate with the balance of 40% representing tourist & leisure. Cadillac is the home of many large companies, including: FIAMM Horns and Antennas, AAR Manufacturing, Rec Boat Holdings LLC, Cadillac Casting, Inc, and BorgWarner, Inc, to name a few. The parking lot is well-lighted and accommodates bus, truck, and RV parking. The hotel site contains approximately 2.47 acres of land, and the grounds are professionally landscaped with small trees, occasional plants, and shrubbery.
