The Best Western is a two-story, interior-corridor hotel consisting of 98 rooms, front lobby and guest registration area, breakfast room, indoor/outdoor heated swimming pools, hot tub, fitness center, business center and guest laundry. The hotel features a variety of room types with luxurious beds, 42" televisions, mini-fridges, and microwaves, spacious work desks and high-speed Internet access. There is well-lighted paved and striped parking for guests and the grounds are professionally landscaped with small trees and occasional shrubbery. Illuminated Best Western signage offers excellent visibility and accessibility.

The hotel was converted to a Best Western in 2017 (formerly Courtyard by Marriott). The two-story building was built in 1988 and as a result of the resent conversion it is in excellent condition and should require a very minimal PIP for new ownership.

The Best Western Benton Harbor is located near many demand generators including Bosch Braking Systems, Lakeland Regional Health, LECO Corporation, Michigan Pizza Hut, and Whirlpool Headquarters. Downtown St. Joseph, wineries/breweries, State Parks, Silver Beach and Lighthouse are all located within five miles of the hotel.
