The seasonally operated Clearwater Lakeshore Motel was built in 1990 and has a total of 40 rooms which consists of six two-story buildings. Four lakefront buildings have eight rooms each with a private balcony with beautiful views of the Mackinac Bridge and Straits. One non-lakefront building has eight guest rooms and the breakfast room. All rooms have premium bedding, flat screen television w/cable, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, iron and hairdryer. The lobby/guest registration, indoor pool & hot tub are in the sixth building as well as a comfortable managers/owners apartment. High-speed wireless Internet access is available throughout. The property features 300 feet of sand beach with gas grills, picnic tables, lounge chairs, beach umbrellas, and six well-stocked fire pits for evening camp fires.

The Clearwater Lakeshore Motel was built in 1990. The motel has a superior waterfront location and well established base of business. Families especially enjoy the spacious grounds and sand beach. On rainy days, the indoor pool and hot tub are a bonus.
